We’re thrilled to share our exciting news: Sort Group has been awarded Investors in People (IIP) Gold accreditation – a prestigious recognition which celebrates excellence in people management, leadership and workplace culture.

What is Investors in People Gold?

Investors in People Gold is an internationally recognised standard that reflects dedication to continuous improvement, employee engagement, and developing a positive, high-performing workplace.

The Gold accreditation follows a rigorous evaluation process, assessing key areas including leadership, organisational values, communication, career development, and staff wellbeing, with only a select group of businesses who meet the rigorous standards required to achieve the Gold.
